Hilary’s passion for health and wellness began when she was introduced to chiropractic as a teenager during her acrobatic career. What began as an effective modality to keep her body functioning at optimal levels lead to a deeper understanding of how the body’s structural integrity, environment, and stress impacts health and healing.

Today, Hilary enjoys improving the health and wellbeing of people of all ages and walks of life, by helping to restore the body’s natural capacity to heal. She utilises a range of chiropractic techniques to achieve this, including traditional chiropractic techniques, Applied Kinesiology, Neuro Emotional Technique and S.O.T.
